Pulling Together

The last few months have been challenging times for all of us, with restricted travelling and an uncertain future. Having said that, the UKWIR community has really pulled together, using the latest communications applications to the full, and have delivered some great outcomes this year. These include the completion of the Big Question Routemaps which have brought a whole range of new research projects with them. UKWIR has also facilitated the delivery of the Water Sector Innovation Strategy, and is currently aligning its activities to complement a future Centre of Excellence. Furthermore, I am delighted to say that UKWIR has so far this year delivered 22 research projects to its members. Steve Kaye, UKWIR CEO
