Welcome to the Framework for Expenditure Decision Making

UKWIR is undertaking a major project to develop a new Framework for Expenditure Decision Making which goes beyond the original Common Framework for Capital Maintenance Planning, released in 2002. The new Framework encompasses all investment planning with emphasis on a total expenditure (totex) approach, and  brings together all relevant research to produce a compendium of asset management knowledge.
