The National Failures Database is a unique Database of Sewer and Water Mains Failures covering a significant cohort of the United Kingdoms past and present stock. It enables subscribers to compare and analyse sewer and water mains failure data with anonymised data from other participating companies. 

The project will examine the business case for continuing with the development and support of this database within UKWIR.
